  • Detailed Scheme Design
  • Liaison with Specialist Designers (Energy Consultant, Structural Engineer, Interiors, Landscape etc.)
  • Application for Building Regulation Approval
  • Design of Construction details and Specifications
  • Help Select Builders and Invite Competitive or Negotiated Tenders
  • Monitor Construction on Site and Administration of Contract
  • Completion of Construction, Rectification Period and Builder’s Final Account
